The Opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Partner Melbourne, as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in collaboration with the firm’s Partners you will oversee the effective delivery of marketing, brand and client engagement strategy at an enterprise level. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this is a highly visible and influential leadership role, requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution to align marketing with business priorities to strengthen market presence and enhance client experience.
Success in this role will be defined by the CMO’s ability to drive measurable commercial growth through targeted and insight-led initiatives, while ensuring a client-centric, data-led and integrated marketing capability across the firm. You will embed a consistent client-centric experience across all touchpoints and advance the firm’s digital and data maturity through the effective use of analytics and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
Critical to success will be the delivery of a clear, prioritised marketing roadmap with measurable ROI and aligned go-to-market strategies, alongside building trusted relationships across the Partner group and Executive to position marketing as a core commercial enabler. As CMO you will foster a high-performing, collaborative marketing function, underpinned by a proactive and client focused culture.
About You
As an experienced and energetic marketing leader, you will bring a demonstrated track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes through brand, digital and client engagement strategies at an enterprise level, ideally within professional service environments. You will bring experience embedding CRM and digital platforms, leveraging data to inform decision-making and enable growth through integrated go-to-market execution and client experience design.
Highly regarded for your ability to effectively engage an influence at the executive level, to align data-led marketing initiatives to broader organisational strategy. Leading with a collaborative and enterprise mindset you will thrive in non-hierarchal partnership driven environments, bringing a hands-on approach with a strong focus on value creation and delivery. Importantly you will lead with a proactive and agile approach required to navigate complexity and sustain momentum through change.
