Change Training Specialist
Contract:
Until 30 June 2026 | Location: Melbourne CBD (3 days onsite, flexible)
Join a large-scale compliance transformation program improving how information and documents are labelled, stored, and shared under the Protective Markings framework. This role focuses on developing and delivering practical training that helps employees apply new classification and information-handling requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and adapt existing training materials for diverse audiences.
- Develop engaging training content and learning aids on document classification and handling.
- Conduct training needs assessments and deliver virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders ensure readiness for rollout.
You’ll Bring:
- Experience in training or instructional design within change or compliance programs.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to make technical or compliance content accessible and engaging.
Contract to June 2026 | January rollout target | 3 days onsite flexibility
