About the Role
This role will see you take ownership of change management across a portfolio of strategic projects. You will develop and deliver frameworks to ensure successful adoption of change, balancing both operational and cultural outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting change impact assessments and risk analysis
- Designing and executing change strategies and plans
- Developing clear and targeted communications plans
- Building training programs and capability uplift initiatives
- Leading senior stakeholder engagement and project governance
- Ensuring seamless integration between project management and change delivery

About You
You will bring proven experience in change management and transformation
within complex environments, ideally with exposure to government or public sector. You have demonstrated expertise across impact assessments, communications, and training, and you thrive on building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key requirements include:
- Proven delivery of end-to-end change strategies across major projects
- Qualifications in Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or Lewins methodologies
- Strong consulting or advisory background (highly regarded)
- Experience in stakeholder engagement at executive levels
- A blend of change management and project management capability
