About the Role
Seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead end-to-end change strategy across a large-scale digital and business transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies and plans aligned with program objectives
- Lead change impact and readiness assessments, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption initiatives
- Provide strategic change advice to program leadership and project teams
- Oversee development of training, communications, and engagement artefacts
- Influence senior stakeholders and support alignment across diverse business areas
- Embed structured change methodologies and best practices
About You
- Extensive experience delivering change management in large-scale programs or enterprise transformations
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption and behavioural change outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level
- Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments and adapt approach accordingly
- Experience with recognised frameworks (e.g., Prosci, APMG) highly regarded
