Davidson Technology are working with a large Federal Government Authority to secure 2 x Change Manager’s to play a pivotal role in supporting the Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO)and various teams in the organisation by planning and executing change support and deliverables.
About the Role
As a Change Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between the organisation’s Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) and business units, planning and delivering change initiatives that help staff prepare for and adapt to organisational transformation. This involves working with multidisciplinary teams to assess change impacts, mitigating risks and minimising disruption, and communicating effectively with stakeholders across the agency. You’ll design and facilitate training and workshops to support adoption of new technologies and processes, evaluate change effectiveness, and continually improve approaches. You’ll support operational staff in championing change, providing expert advice on overcoming resistance, and make informed decisions within legislative and best practice frameworks. The ECMO aims to build sustainable change capability and foster a positive culture of collaboration, trust and high performance, aligning with the organisation and Australian Public Service values of impartiality, commitment, accountability, respect, ethics and stewardship.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong track record in successfully planning and delivering organisational change by engaging and motivating staff to embrace new ways of working, backed by deep knowledge of Prosci or similar change methodologies and experience in large-scale transformations affecting multiple teams. You’ll combine your excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and manage diverse work packages simultaneously, understanding interdependencies and ensuring quality outcomes. Your understanding of how individuals move through change will enable you to select the right tools and techniques to support people, ensuring you work effectively both independently and within a team, contributing positively to the organisation’s objectives.

The Benefits
You will be offered an excellent daily rate on initial contract until 30 th
June 2026 and the potential for a further 12-month extension.
