About the Role
Our utilities sector client has an urgent requirement for an experienced and hands-on Change Manager to drive the implementation and adoption of a critical transformation initiative focused on information management. With the change plan already developed, this role will focus on execution and delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure change is embedded and embraced across the organisation.
You’ll bring strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, a deep understanding of change delivery, and the creative ability to produce high-impact training and user materials. This is a key role that will bridge technical outcomes and user adoption, ensuring the change truly lands.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute an existing change management plan, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive awareness, readiness, and buy-in across all impacted business units.
- Translate complex technical and information management concepts into engaging and accessible communications and learning materials.
- Design and deliver interactive training, guides, and reference materials tailored to different user groups and learning styles.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to align messaging and ensure accurate content delivery.
- Monitor adoption progress, gather feedback, and adapt strategies to maximise impact and sustainability.
About You
- Proven experience delivering change management in complex environments, ideally within the information management, records management, or data governance space.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, engaging, and interactive training content, including:
- Training videos
- User guides
- E-learning modules
- FAQs and support materials
- Technically adept, with the ability to quickly understand new systems, processes, and data frameworks.
- Self-driven, organised, and delivery-focused – able to hit the ground running and bring energy to change adoption.
