Change Management Lead – Capital Program Transition
Contract | June 2025 to January 2027
4 days part-time role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Change Management Lead to support a large-scale transformation in capital delivery partnerships. This role will guide change initiatives aligned with contract renewal and transition activities across complex infrastructure and procurement environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change strategy and planning across internal and external stakeholder groups
- Assess change impacts on systems, processes, roles, and governance
- Develop and implement engagement and communications campaigns over phased timelines
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and offboarding support for transitioning service providers
- Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and leadership across Contracts, Procurement, IT, Risk, and PMO
- Coach project teams and ensure change plans meet organisational standards
About You:
- 7+ years’ experience in change management across large programs
- Proven ability to deliver change in contexts involving RFP processes, vendor transitions, and capital contracts
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communications capability
- Comfortable working across multiple change streams with competing timelines
- Available from June 2025 to January 2027
- Experience in government or regulated sectors highly regarded
