Change Lead – System Transformation

Lead change delivery across a complex, multi-release transformation within a large Australian organisation.
The Opportunity
Our client is undertaking a significant business and technology transformation to improve corporate systems, supplier management and associated operational processes.
As the program moves into its next phase, they are seeking an experienced Change Lead to take ownership of the change stream across multiple releases. An overarching change strategy is already in place, with this role responsible for reviewing, refining and translating it into a practical delivery roadmap.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can provide direction to an existing change team while remaining closely involved in delivery.
The Role
- Leading change delivery across multiple releases, with a focus on business readiness, adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Reviewing and refining the existing change strategy, roadmap and delivery plans.
- Leading change management, training and communications activity across project and operational stakeholders.
- Providing senior direction, coaching and support to an existing change team.
- Partnering with program, project, functional, technology and testing teams across parallel workstreams.
About You
- Senior change professional with experience delivering complex technology, ERP, procurement or business transformation programs.
- Proven experience working across staged, agile or multi-release implementations.
- Able to translate strategy into practical plans and deliver hands-on change activity.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness capability.
- Experience in large enterprise, infrastructure, engineering, or another complex project-based environment will be highly regarded.
