About the Role
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Lead to join a project team to support our client in delivering a major transformation program.
This role will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working—specifically in the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, and training planning, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.

About You
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale change management programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities
- Proficiency in change impact assessments and training needs analysis
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Experience in public sector environments is advantageous
