JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re seeking an experienced Change Consultant
to support large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programs within a high-performing consulting environment in Brisbane on a long term contract.
This opportunity sits within a Workforce Organisation team delivering impactful change across digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise platform implementations and operating model evolution.
About the Role
You will play a key role in driving people-focused change across technology implementations such as Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow, ensuring stakeholder engagement, workforce readiness, and long-term adoption.
Working closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders, you will design and deliver structured, human-centred change strategies that enable sustainable transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management across digital transformation programs
- Design workforce readiness, transition and adoption strategies
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Apply agile and human-centred design methodologies
- Drive cultural and behavioural change initiatives
- Build leadership alignment and sponsorship
- Ensure business readiness and measurable adoption outcomes
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in people and change within digital transformation
- Proven experience delivering change on Salesforce, SAP and/or ServiceNow projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capability
- Experience driving change acceptance and business adoption
- Consulting experience highly regarded
- Ability to translate future-state vision into practical change plans
