JOB OVERVIEW:
We are partnering with a leading consulting organisation to find an experienced Lead Consultant – People & Change to support large-scale digital transformation and workforce change initiatives.
This opportunity sits within a high-performing Workforce Organisation team delivering impactful transformation programs across technology-enabled change, HR transformation, workforce transition, operating model design, cultural transformation, and future-of-work initiatives.
The successful candidate will initially work on enterprise technology change engagements, so prior experience supporting Salesforce, SAP and/or ServiceNow implementations will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end change management initiatives across complex transformation programs
- Design and deliver change interventions that drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, adoption, and long-term change success
- Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to build change sponsorship and leadership alignment
- Facilitate workshops, readiness assessments, and workforce transition activities
- Apply agile, human-centred design, behavioural science, and design thinking approaches to transformation initiatives
- Support cultural transformation and new ways of working across organisations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver successful digital transformation outcomes
About You:
- Strong experience in People & Change or Organisational Change Management
- Experience delivering change initiatives within Salesforce, SAP and/or ServiceNow environments
- Proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and business readiness
- Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills
- Experience within consulting or client-facing transformation environments is highly desirable
- Ability to work across fast-paced and evolving project environments
