About the Role
A key leadership opportunity exists for an experienced Change and Communications Lead to support a multi-agency SAP S/4HANA finance transformation project. This role will manage end-to-end change and communication strategies across project phases—ensuring stakeholder alignment, business readiness, and seamless transition planning.
Reporting into the program leadership team, you'll coordinate with change managers, initiative leads, and capability teams to deliver consistent and high-impact change interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing change and communication plans aligned to project milestones
- Advising on strategic and tactical change issues, including impacts, stakeholder engagement, and transition readiness
- Leading internal and external communications, workshops, and readiness reporting
- Collaborating on training plans and managing risks across project streams
About You
You bring a minimum of five years’ experience in change management, with demonstrated success in large, complex organisations. A background in government or digital transformation projects (ideally SAP or finance-related) will be highly regarded. Your ability to engage at all levels, shape messaging, and manage delivery timelines will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications and Certifications(highly regarded):
- Formal training in change, HR, project management, or business
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
