The Opportunity
Join a major enterprise transformation program where you'll help drive the people side of a large-scale ERP implementation. Working within a collaborative change team, you'll assess business impacts, engage stakeholders, and support the successful adoption of new systems and ways of working across a complex organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst who enjoys working across multiple workstreams and partnering with business and project teams to deliver lasting change.
The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting change activities across a complex ERP transformation by:
- Conducting change impact assessments across people, process, systems, and behaviours.
- Identifying stakeholder impacts, resistance risks, and readiness requirements.
- Partnering with Business Analysts to define current and future state impacts.
- Supporting workshops and consolidating findings into organisation-wide change views.
- Producing change artefacts including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, ADKAR assessments, and adoption reporting.
- Working with communications and learning teams to support training and engagement activities.
About You
You'll bring practical experience supporting organisational change within enterprise transformation programs and have:
- Experience as a Change Analyst, Change Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working on ERP, enterprise system, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR or other structured change management methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex impacts into practical actions.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced project environments.
