Change Analyst – Technology Platform Uplift

Davidson are partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undertaking a large-scale technology platform uplift and are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of this transformation program.
Working within a complex delivery environment, you will play a key role in translating the established Change Management Strategy into actionable outcomes across stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, and adoption activities.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating across both strategic and delivery-focused change initiatives, with the ability to engage confidently across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder workshops, validation sessions, and ongoing change analysis activities across program phases
- Developing and executing stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership showcases, and change champion activities aligned to the broader change strategy
- Coordinating training needs analysis, training curriculum development, and delivery of training materials in line with solution and business requirements
- Driving business readiness activities including readiness assessments, deployment preparation, quality assurance of change deliverables, and Go/No-Go support
- Supporting post go-live adoption activities including feedback collection, user engagement, continuous improvement initiatives, and change effectiveness tracking
About You
- Proven experience delivering change outcomes across large-scale technology, digital, or operational transformation programs
- Strong capability across change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness activities
- Confident facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders across business and technology environments
- Able to work autonomously within fast-paced enterprise delivery environments while collaborating effectively with program teams
- Experience with structured change methodologies such as PROSCI or similar frameworks will be highly regarded
