The Opportunity
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst to step into a visible role supporting the delivery of IT projects that impact business processes, systems, and technology across a large and complex environment. You’ll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to drive change readiness, support adoption, and help ensure projects land effectively across the organisation. It is well suited to someone who enjoys operating across both strategy and delivery, and who can bring structure, influence, and credibility to change activity from assessment through to implementation and handover.
Contract Duration:
Through to 30 June 2026
The Role
In this role, you’ll lead and deliver change activity across a range of IT initiatives, working closely with project managers, product owners, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver change assessments, analysis, planning, documentation, and implementation activities
- Develop and execute change and communication plans aligned to project outcomes
- Conduct change impact assessments and support readiness across impacted teams
- Partner with project teams to manage scope changes and articulate expected benefits
- Measure and report on change success, progress, and adoption outcomes
- Support transition, handover, and business engagement throughout delivery and go-live phases
About You
You’re a capable and confident change professional with experience supporting technology-enabled transformation in complex stakeholder environments.
- Proven experience delivering IT change across complex programs or projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build buy-in
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess impacts and solve problems pragmatically
- Relevant qualifications in ICT, business, HR, or a related discipline
- PROSCI/ADKAR certification, or similar change methodology exposure, will be highly regarded
