The Opportunity
This is a Brisbane-based contract opportunity for a Senior Change Analyst to support a major enterprise technology transformation project. Sitting within a complex ICT environment, this role will play a key part in driving change management, stakeholder communication, business readiness, training, and User Acceptance Testing across the project lifecycle. It suits a hands-on change professional who can work across both strategy and delivery, build credibility with stakeholders, and keep momentum across a technically complex program.
The Role
In this role, you will coordinate change activities across a large-scale ICT project, ensuring impacted stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and supported through transition. You will also play a key role in UAT planning and delivery, making this broader than a standard change-only brief.
- Coordinate end-to-end change activities across the project lifecycle
- Develop key artefacts including communication plans, stakeholder maps, impact assessments, and training plans
- Lead business readiness activities and support the development of change responses
- Partner with stakeholders to create change documentation, presentations, and engagement materials
- Coordinate UAT activities including planning, preparation, execution, and reporting
- Support benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training outcomes
About You
You are a delivery-focused change professional with experience working across complex project environments, ideally within ICT or technology transformation. You know how to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and translate change impacts into practical actions that support adoption.
- Proven experience delivering change and communication outcomes in complex projects
- Strong capability in change planning, impact analysis, and resistance management
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across teams and seniority levels
- High-level communication skills across consultation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience producing practical change artefacts and supporting transition readiness
- Exposure to ICT projects, Microsoft 365 migrations, or similar technical change is highly regarded
