Our Client:
Our client is a large and complex organisation delivering a significant enterprise transformation program. They focus on improving systems, processes, and user experiences to better support their stakeholders and community outcomes.
The Role:
As a Change Analyst, you will support the successful adoption of a major program by assessing change impacts, driving business readiness, and contributing to key change and adoption activities. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and functional specialists to ensure people are prepared to transition to new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments, identify risks, and support business readiness for systems, processes, and role changes
- Develop and maintain change management artefacts, including plans, readiness checklists, learning materials, and communications
- Support transition planning, cutover activities, hypercare, and early-life support to ensure smooth adoption
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, briefings, and engagement sessions
- Assist in learning needs analysis, develop training materials, coordinate delivery, and evaluate learning effectiveness
- Monitor and report on change progress, risks, and issues, contributing to continuous improvement
Skills & Experience:
Mandatory
- 5+ years’ experience in change management or a similar role
- Proven experience supporting organisational change within projects or programs
- Strong experience in change impact assessments and business readiness activities
- Experience working in government or complex environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, or related discipline
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci)
- Experience in large-scale digital, ICT, or enterprise implementations
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
- Experience with tools such as SharePoint Online, Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, Viva Engage, and Forms
