Are you a dynamic and experienced Change Analyst seeking an opportunity to contribute your expertise to a renowned Melbourne-based organisation? Davidson are excited to partner with this prominent organisation as they search for a dedicated Change Analyst to join their team on a contract basis for an initial 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Impact Expertise: Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments, align learning needs, and assess deployment readiness. Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts for effective system and process change evaluation before implementation.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the People Stream Team, including Change Managers, Communications, and Training. Create tailored Change Plans following the Platypus Change Approach, ensuring consistency and stakeholder-specific strategies.
- Deployment Support: Provide guidance to stakeholders for change readiness during deployment. Collaborate with Program Team, Subject Matter Experts, and Process Teams for a cohesive change rollout.
- Progress Monitoring: Track change progress, identifying and managing resistance across the organisation. Report risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation actions for successful change execution.
- Effective Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies through various channels. Adapt to changing priorities and support post-implementation activities and reviews.
You will bring:
- Proven expertise in change management, encompassing impact assessment, engagement, and communication strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptability to shifting project priorities and timelines.
- Familiarity with a variety of Change Management Frameworks preferred
