The Role:
We are seeking a proactive Business Systems Analyst to drive business requirements, functional specifications, and process improvements for key projects. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, document, and manage business analysis activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements; ensure traceability.
- Analyze current processes, identify pain points, and design optimized future-state workflows.
- Document functional specifications, interface requirements, and configuration needs.
- Maintain proactive communication with external implementation partners and internal teams.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Project Manager and meet quarterly KPIs.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst across public and private sectors.
- Strong skills in business analysis planning, requirements elicitation, and process mapping.
- Ability to document As-Is and To-Be processes clearly and concisely.
- Experience collaborating with project managers, IT teams, and external partners.
- Knowledge of functional specifications, configuration, and interface documentation.
