About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Workforce Capability Support Officer to provide temporary administrative and project support to the Learning and Development team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with documents, spreadsheets and processes, and takes pride in producing accurate and well organised work.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing and updating documents, manuals and training materials
- Formatting and proofreading documentation
- Assisting with document control and version updates
- Recording and tracking changes in spreadsheets and registers
- Comparing documents against source material and updating information as directed
- Identifying and escalating discrepancies for review
- Supporting training schedules and maintaining accurate training records
- Confirming information and maintaining scheduling documentation
- Supporting process documentation and continuous improvement activities
- Providing general administrative support to the Learning and Development team
You will be provided with clear instructions, templates, source materials and guidance documents, with support from Learning and Development staff and Subject Matter Experts.
About You
You will be a detail focused and methodical administrator who is comfortable working with a range of documents, systems and spreadsheets.
You will also bring:
- Previous experience in administration, project support, document control, training coordination or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, registers and document management processes
- The ability to compare information and identify discrepancies
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- The confidence to ask questions and escalate issues when required
- A reliable and collaborative approach to supporting a busy team
Experience working within a Learning and Development, training, compliance or project environment will be highly regarded.
