Are you a strong Business Solutions Analyst / Tech Business Analyst with Financial Services experience and have exposure to retention and decommissioning work?
The Davidson Technology Consulting team in Brisbane is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a major Brisbane-based banking transformation program as part of the Davidson Technology Consulting team.
What you will be doing
- Translate retention and decommissioning requirements into implementable solution detail with the Solution Architect.
- Support end-to-end traceability from contractual and governance obligations through to solution outcomes and evidence.
- Define and maintain process and data artefacts for retention and decommissioning execution, governance inputs, and sign-offs.
- Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders and delivery teams to align sequencing, controls, and certification activities.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in a Business Analyst, Technology Business Analyst, or Solutions Analyst role within Financial Services.
- Strong retail banking knowledge across deposits, loans, mortgages, cards, and payments.
- Experience supporting transformation, retention, decommissioning, or governance-led delivery initiatives.
- Ability to work closely with architects, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and governance forums.
- M&A experience in the banking sector is highly regarded.
- You will hold relevant work rights for Australia and looking to work close to home in Brisbane
