This is a hands-on Business Intelligence Analyst contract within a Monitoring and Reporting function, focused on turning ICT operations data into clear, trusted reporting that drives decisions, highlights availability risks early, and reduces manual reporting through smart automation.
About the Role
You will own the reporting side of the team’s work, partnering with service owners and support teams to deliver actionable dashboards, analysis, and regular operational insights.
- Build, deploy, and enhance Power BI dashboards and interactive reports
- Run proactive analysis and produce timely reporting on systems, infrastructure, and services
- Work with stakeholders to understand data sources and APIs, and translate needs into reporting
- Contribute to incident reviews, statistical reporting, and operational performance insights
- Improve reporting efficiency via automation and repeatable reporting patterns
- Produce clear documentation, briefs, and technical notes for stakeholders
About You
You’re not a “pretty dashboards” person. You’re someone who can get messy data, make it reliable, and tell the truth with it.
- Strong Power BI report and dashboard development experience (non-negotiable)
- Confident with SQL and DAX; comfortable working across complex datasets
- Scripting capability for automation and data management (e.g., PowerShell/HTML/SQL)
- High attention to detail, and you care about accuracy, reliability, and security of data
- Able to work autonomously, juggle competing priorities, and still hit deadlines
- Clear communicator who can work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
