About the Role
As Business Improvement Consultant, you’ll work closely with members of the Executive team to lead the delivery of high-priority projects and solve complex, cross-functional challenges. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is energised by problem-solving, and enjoys landing practical, people-focused solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting the delivery of strategic and operational improvement projects
- Facilitating workshops to unpack business challenges and co-design solutions
- Managing end-to-end project execution — from planning to implementation
- Driving rapid, pragmatic improvements with a focus on execution and outcomes
- Communicating clearly and effectively with both senior leaders and frontline teams
- Designing scalable solutions that are easy to adopt and deliver real impact
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation
About You
You're a natural problem solver with strong commercial instincts and a knack for getting things done. You bring a blend of analytical thinking, project discipline, and stakeholder savvy — and you're equally comfortable working with an Exec sponsor or a team on the floor.
This role would be a great fit for someone with 3–4 years’ experience in a Big 4 or strategy consulting firm, who’s now looking to take ownership of projects end-to-end and drive tangible outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
We’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience in consulting, business improvement or project delivery
- Background in strategy consulting or a high-growth, service-based business
- Strong project management skills and the ability to “land the plane”
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- High energy, positive, relatable and pragmatic
- Confident communicator who can engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience in sectors like health, care, tourism, hospitality, gyms or similar is a plus
