Are you a driven new business manager ready who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and turning strategy into results?
We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to shape and lead our clients growing sales pipeline, helping them achieve targets, expand into new markets, and deliver outstanding value to their clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving new business identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities across B2B markets.
- Building lasting partnerships with clients and delivering tailored, consultative solutions.
- Pitching, negotiating, and closing deals — from proposals and tenders to contracts.
- Tracking performance through robust CRM management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Collaborating with operations, finance, and technical experts to deliver seamless solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven sales leader with experience in B2B growth (trades, security, facilities, or related sectors ideal).
- Strong track record in managing pipelines, tenders, and contracts to consistently hit revenue goals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially sharp, data-driven, and strategic in approach.
- A true team player — professional, proactive, and adaptable to change.
- Hands-on CRM experience
- NSW Driver’s Licence (essential)
