Our Client:
A forward-thinking organisation implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to modernise their system and improve data integrity and business processes.
The role:
Drive the successful migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 by leading data mapping, business requirement validation, and managing User Acceptance Testing to ensure smooth implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead data mapping between legacy systems and Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage UAT activities, facilitating collaboration across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, architects, and vendors to align data and system needs.
- Support data governance and quality assurance throughout migration and post-implementation phases.
- Provide technical support to IT teams during implementation and troubleshoot data issues.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business or data analysis on system migration projects.
- Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/CMS platforms.
- Strong skills in data mapping, requirement validation, and UAT management.
- Proficient with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance best practices.
