About the Role
Seeking an experienced and proactive Business Change Manager to support a large transformation across core corporate systems, including Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.
This role suits someone who is energetic, self‑driven, and comfortable shaping change in environments where not everything is defined.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end business change across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll systems uplift initiatives.
- Develop change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder plans and communication plans.
- Translate system changes into clear business impacts, highlighting what it means for processes, roles and teams.
- Partner with functional leads to design training, readiness activities and adoption plans.
- Prepare the business for new ways of working by simplifying messaging and engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Build strong relationships across corporate functions and act as the key link between technology and the business.
- Identify risks, issues and resistance—then proactively create strategies to address them.
- Work autonomously to drive change activities, often in ambiguous or evolving program environments.
About You
- Strong experience as a Business Change Manager on corporate systems or ERP-related projects.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, HR or Payroll processes (any combination is fine).
- Someone who is a go‑getter—comfortable taking initiative, creating structure, and pushing work forward.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and carve out a clear path when requirements are still forming.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the business.
- Experience developing change plans, communications, training materials and adoption strategies.
- Confident working independently while also collaborating effectively with project and business teams.
