Business Analyst – Telco | ServiceNow

Location: Melbourne
Duration: 10 months (potential of extension)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major Telco initiative focused on enhancing and mapping capabilities within ServiceNow.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, structured documentation skills, and the ability to translate business needs into high-quality Agile artefacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements
  • Develop Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA
  • Maintain detailed documentation in Confluence
  • Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping
  • Map existing Remedy capabilities to ServiceNow equivalents
  • Manage requirement traceability across the project lifecycle

Skills & Experience:

  • 5–7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong experience working with ServiceNow platforms
  • Telco industry experience highly preferred
  • NBN exposure highly regarded
  • Strong Agile delivery experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation capability

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid model – minimum 2 days onsite in Melbourne (Collins Square) or Sydney (Mount Street).
