Business Analyst – Telco | ServiceNow

10 months (potential of extension)
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major Telco initiative focused on enhancing and mapping capabilities within ServiceNow.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, structured documentation skills, and the ability to translate business needs into high-quality Agile artefacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Develop Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA
- Maintain detailed documentation in Confluence
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping
- Map existing Remedy capabilities to ServiceNow equivalents
- Manage requirement traceability across the project lifecycle
Skills & Experience:
- 5–7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience working with ServiceNow platforms
- Telco industry experience highly preferred
- NBN exposure highly regarded
- Strong Agile delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- High attention to detail and strong documentation capability
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model – minimum 2 days onsite in Melbourne (Collins Square) or Sydney (Mount Street).
