We’re partnering with a large, complex organisation within the education sector to appoint a Senior Business Analyst with strong TechnologyOne expertise. This is a permanent role offering a blend of strategic project work and BAU ownership, with a strong focus on enterprise systems and ongoing digital uplift.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how critical platforms evolve, working across multiple initiatives while also ensuring existing systems are optimised and effectively supported.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading end-to-end analysis of complex business challenges, shaping scalable system and process solutions
- Driving discovery, requirements gathering and user story development across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding them through solution design, process improvement and change
- Working closely with TechnologyOne (including student and CX-related modules) to enhance system capability and performance
- Supporting system configuration, integrations and alignment to broader enterprise architecture
- Producing high-quality artefacts including business cases, functional specs and process maps
- Coordinating UAT, training and change activities to ensure smooth delivery and adoption
- Managing workflow, tickets and priorities within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation across systems and processes
- Contributing to a high-performing team, including mentoring and supporting junior analysts
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst working with TechnologyOne
- Proven ability to operate across both project delivery and BAU environments
- Experience working on enterprise-level systems within complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and guide outcomes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Nice to have:
- Exposure to TechnologyOne Student Management System (SMS) / StudentOne
- Experience working in education or similarly complex environments
