About the Role
Seeking a mid-level BA to join a high-profile Payroll Remediation project within a leading financial institution. This role offers a structured environment with clear deliverables and a strong emphasis on documentation, governance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements related to payroll remediation.
- Work closely with Payroll, Risk, Legal, HR, and Compliance teams to identify and resolve remediation issues.
- Map out current vs future state processes and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Prepare high-quality documentation, including BRDs, process flows, user stories, and test cases.
- Assist with data analysis and validation activities as part of remediation assessment.
- Support risk and control assessments related to historical payroll data and remediation logic.
About You
- Previous experience as a business analyst within the banking and/or finance industry
- Exposure to payroll remediation projects is highly regarded.
- Experience working on risk, compliance, or remediation programs is desirable.
- Strong documentation skills with a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a structured delivery environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
