About the Role
Seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation program focused on system integration, reporting uplift, and data modernisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis across multiple workstreams including Reporting & Analytics, Records Management, and M365
- Conduct current and future state analysis, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to define business and system requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, requirements, and functional specifications
- Support data migration initiatives, including mapping, validation, and data integrity checks
- Contribute to testing activities (UAT, system, integration) and ensure solutions meet requirements
- Assist change readiness through training inputs and stakeholder communication
About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation or technology programs
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power BI, data platforms)
- Experience with IDAM (Entra ID ) highly regarded
- Strong experience in data migration, process improvement, and system integration
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
