The role:
Lead business analysis activities supporting a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. Align business processes, financial systems, and reporting with future-state operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and solution design
- Analyse financial operations (budgets, forecasts, billing, costs) to align with SAP S/4HANA
- Identify gaps, manage risks, and drive solutions to support successful system implementation
- Support data cleansing, migration, validation, and integrity across systems
- Lead testing activities including test case development, execution, and issue resolution
- Deliver reporting enhancements, stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to support go-live and adoption
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with SAP or enterprise financial systems
- Advanced Excel skills, including reporting and tool development
- Proven business analysis experience in complex project environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in data migration, cleansing, and validation
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated risk assessment and problem-solving capability
