The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a major Government program delivering meaningful outcomes for the community through large-scale digital and business transformation. You will step into a senior Business Analyst role where you will help shape future-state processes, drive requirements definition, and support the successful delivery of complex IM/ICT initiatives in a stakeholder-heavy environment. About the Role

In this role, you will take the lead on business analysis activities across a complex program environment, helping define current and future state processes and ensuring requirements are clearly documented and traceable.

  • Lead the development of As-Is and To-Be business process models
  • Oversee business requirements documentation across the project lifecycle
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and issue resolution meetings
  • Provide updates to program leadership on delivery, schedule, financials, and benefits
  • Build strong relationships across business, delivery, and technical stakeholder groups




About You

You are a senior Business Analyst with strong delivery discipline, sharp stakeholder skills, and the ability to bring order to complexity in large-scale digital programs.

  • Extensive Business Analyst experience across complex IM/ICT projects
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, tools, and best practice
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and mentor within program environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Highly organised, collaborative, and comfortable managing competing priorities
