A leading government-related organisation dedicated to improving health and safety outcomes across Queensland’s workforce.
The Role:
The D365 Business Analyst will support the delivery of key digital transformation outcomes within a major health management system project. Working closely with the ICT Director and the Medical Delivery Systems team, this role will translate business needs into actionable user stories, driving efficient system enhancements and improved service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories and process flows for D365 and Power Platform development.
- Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Support testing and validation to confirm functionality meets business expectations.
- Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and sprint deliverables for agile project management.
- Assist in end-user training and adoption activities.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and developers to ensure smooth delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience translating business needs into D365 / Power Platform solutions.
- Proficiency in Power Automate Flow creation and management.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and user story lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) framework.
- CBAP certification highly regarded.
