The role:
Join as a Business Analyst to drive the successful delivery of a high-impact telecommunications project by defining and validating critical business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse current contract structure and its impact across technology and operations
- Gather and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Translate requirements into actionable functional and non-functional specifications
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals
- Conduct gap analysis to assess risks, opportunities, and system needs
- Review carrier contract and support renegotiation strategy
- Document technical inputs to assist subject matter experts with solution validation
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex ICT environments
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated success in managing requirements across technical and business domains
