The role:
Join a high-performing Business Transformation Office to drive critical business improvement initiatives. You'll analyse, redesign, and streamline workflows to reduce backlogs, enhance quality assurance, and improve service delivery. This hands-on role will see you lead process mapping, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply best-practice frameworks to support key operational teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business and systems analysis to identify process improvements and address workflow backlogs
- Gather, define, and manage business and functional requirements across teams
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver user-focused, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Proactively identify delivery risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis, especially in complex or government settings
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow redesign, and quality assurance
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, from consultation to solution delivery
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
