About the Role

Seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of a major operational transformation initiative: asset replacement model underpinned by digital workflows in ServiceNow.

This role is ideal for a process-driven Business Analyst who thrives in complex environments and is confident working across both operational and technical teams.

You will play a key role in analysing current-state processes, gathering and refining requirements, and supporting the design and implementation of future-state workflows.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across logistics, field operations, IT, and vendors to gather business requirements and understand current workflows.
  • Lead the analysis and documentation of end-to-end processes related to asset replacement, procurement, and field logistics.
  • Work closely with the IT team to support the configuration and rollout of ServiceNow modules, particularly asset management and procurement.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate process maps, identify pain points, and define future-state solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements to guide solution design and implementation.
  • Assist with testing, change impact assessments, training content, and rollout planning.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on operational or IT-enabled projects, ideally in logistics, emergency services, or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, workflow analysis, and stakeholder facilitation.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms, especially in asset management and contexts.
  • Ability to document and communicate complex processes and requirements clearly and concisely.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and operational teams.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to changing project needs.

The Benefits

  • Initial 6-month contract with high potential for extension
  • Competitive day rates
  • Hybrid working
