The Role:
The Business Analyst is required to support the implementation of a new enterprise content management (ECM) solution. The role focuses on developing future-state business process maps and contributing to data migration, solution design, and rollout activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review ‘to be’ business process maps and support ECM solution implementation.
- Engage with stakeholders and the project team to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to design, testing, deployment, and transition activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Resolve business-related issues and provide recommendations.
- Other duties as required.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex, regulated environments.
- Proven skills in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and consensus-building.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Visio (BPMN), Excel, and Jira.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
