We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on Building Maintenance and Servicing Technician to help keep our clients properties running at their best.
This is a diverse role - covering pool care, plumbing, concreting, tiling, carpentry, exterior cleaning, and general maintenance.
If you’ve worked in construction maintenance or defect repair, you’ll bring the right experience and attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pools: Maintain, clean, and test pools. Check pumps, filters, and valves.
- Plumbing: Replace or service pool pumps, taps, valves, and fittings. Clear drains when needed.
- Irrigation & Sprinklers: Inspect systems, repair leaks, and replace faulty parts.
- General Maintenance: Keep buildings and outdoor areas in top shape — washing, painting, and small repairs.
- Carpentry: Fix or replace doors, hinges, and hardware.
- Concreting & Tiling: Carry out small concreting or tiling jobs when needed.
- Audits: Regularly check all systems and report what needs attention or upgrading.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in multi-trade building maintenance or construction defects work.
- Confident diagnosing and fixing problems across different systems.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
- Safety-conscious and proud of quality workmanship.
- Trade qualifications are a bonus, but strong practical experience is what counts.
