About the Role

As a Billing Officer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring billing data is accurate, complete and processed on time. Working within a structured environment, you’ll analyse data, investigate discrepancies and support billing activities across multiple sites and customers.

Duties will include:

  • Monitoring and actioning emails within the billing inbox
  • Preparing schedules and comparison sheets for billing cycles
  • Reviewing and analysing billing data for accuracy
  • Processing finals, credits, adjustments and one-off charges
  • Managing billing calendars and coordinating field activity schedules
  • Monitoring incoming information and investigating discrepancies
  • Supporting investigations into usage and data anomalies
  • Monitoring daily reports and maintaining schedules
  • Preparing upcoming billing runs and administrative support tasks

About You

You might be -

  • A recent school leaver who excelled in Mathematics
  • Studying business, accounting, finance or a related field
  • Someone who enjoys working with numbers and solving problems
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning systems and working with data
  • A confident communicator who enjoys being part of a team
  • Keen to build a long-term career in administration, billing, finance or operations

No previous billing experience is required — attitude, accuracy and a willingness to learn will be highly valued.
