About the Role
As a Billing Officer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring billing data is accurate, complete and processed on time. Working within a structured environment, you’ll analyse data, investigate discrepancies and support billing activities across multiple sites and customers.
Duties will include:
- Monitoring and actioning emails within the billing inbox
- Preparing schedules and comparison sheets for billing cycles
- Reviewing and analysing billing data for accuracy
- Processing finals, credits, adjustments and one-off charges
- Managing billing calendars and coordinating field activity schedules
- Monitoring incoming information and investigating discrepancies
- Supporting investigations into usage and data anomalies
- Monitoring daily reports and maintaining schedules
- Preparing upcoming billing runs and administrative support tasks
About You
You might be -
- A recent school leaver who excelled in Mathematics
- Studying business, accounting, finance or a related field
- Someone who enjoys working with numbers and solving problems
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning systems and working with data
- A confident communicator who enjoys being part of a team
- Keen to build a long-term career in administration, billing, finance or operations
No previous billing experience is required — attitude, accuracy and a willingness to learn will be highly valued.
