JOB TITLE: Auth0 Solution Architect
JOB LOCATION: Sydney, NSW
JOB DURATION: Till end of April 2027
We are seeking an experienced Auth0 Solution Architect
to support an enterprise identity modernisation program. You will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-scale Auth0 solutions, onboarding applications to an existing Auth0 platform, and ensuring secure, scalable and consistent authentication and authorisation across the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design enterprise-grade Auth0 solutions, including tenant strategy, connection architecture, custom domains, branding, session management and migration approaches.
- Onboard web applications to an existing Auth0 platform using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML.
- Define application integration, user migration and identity modernisation strategies for legacy identity platforms.
- Configure and enhance Auth0 capabilities including applications, APIs, enterprise connections, Universal Login, MFA, passwordless authentication, machine-to-machine integrations and Auth0 Actions.
- Develop solution designs covering connection architecture, federation patterns, token design, user journeys and integration approaches.
- Lead architecture workshops and provide technical governance across delivery teams.
- Address complex identity scenarios including user lifecycle management, delegated administration, machine-to-machine authentication and application-specific access models.
- Support integration testing, UAT, cutover planning and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot authentication-related issues and ensure applications are successfully onboarded into the existing Auth0 environment.
- Collaborate closely with business, security, application and delivery stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Auth0 Solution Architect / Identity Architect delivering enterprise-scale Auth0 solutions.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, federation, MFA and passwordless authentication.
- Experience integrating applications with Auth0 and working with existing enterprise Auth0 platforms.
- Strong understanding of identity migration and modernisation from legacy identity platforms.
- Experience with Auth0 tenant configuration, Universal Login, custom domains, Auth0 Actions, enterprise connections and APIs.
- Strong solution architecture, technical design and governance capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
