The opportunity
As part of our National Delivery Team, you'll focus on technology recruitment. You'll work with colleagues across Australia to connect talented people with opportunities that align with their skills, experience and career goals.
You'll learn the recruitment process from the ground up, with support to develop your confidence, relationships and technical knowledge.
What you'll do:
- Research and identify potential candidates using recruitment databases and sourcing tools.
- Speak with, screen and interview candidates to understand their experience, strengths and career aspirations.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with candidates and help them explore suitable opportunities.
- Work closely with colleagues to understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Develop specialist knowledge of the technology sector, with training and guidance along the way.
- Collaborate with interstate teams to deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience.
- Support recruitment activities, including writing job advertisements, formatting CVs and maintaining candidate records.
