The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our State Government team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a highly experienced Sector Lead to deliver recruitment solutions across a portfolio of key government clients.
You’ll be instrumental in managing candidate workflows, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the growth of our contractor base. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s organised, people-focused, and ready to grow their career in a purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activity: submissions, interviews, feedback and compliance
- Managing candidate relationships and facilitating contract extensions
- Liaising with hiring managers and client stakeholders across state government departments
- Attending meetings and briefings to stay across projects, priorities, and upcoming opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service and consistent delivery
- Maintaining accurate data and ensuring compliance across government platforms and internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- A natural relationship builder with strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in recruitment, administration, or a similar client-facing environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A genuine interest in the public sector and a desire to learn and grow within it
- Comfortable using systems and processes, with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
