The Opportunity
Our client Healthcare client is seeking a Software Engineer/Developer to take a leading role in shaping web and mobile applications across the organisation. You’ll drive front-end development using React and React Native, while mentoring team members and contributing across the stack—from databases and APIs to messaging systems. This role is ideal for someone ready to guide technical excellence while staying hands-on with modern tools and frameworks.
The Role
Take ownership of front-end development while supporting scalable system design across the full tech stack.
- Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native
- Deliver modern, responsive front-end solutions with React
- Support integration with RabbitMQ or Kafka messaging infrastructure
- Work with databases including MSSQL, Postgres, and key-value stores
- Develop and maintain robust Web APIs using .NET and C#
- Mentor junior developers and support upskilling within the team
About You
You’re an experienced developer with strong leadership potential and a passion for building clean, efficient, and scalable software.
- Solid experience in React Native and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Skilled in React for web development and front-end architecture
- Confident working with relational and non-relational databases
- Familiar with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Proficient in .NET C# and building RESTful APIs
- Passionate about mentoring, code quality, and continuous improvement
