The Opportunity
Join a team supporting critical business systems during a significant period of organisational change. This role will focus on enhancing and maintaining key applications, decision templates, and customer-facing systems that support essential service delivery outcomes. Working within an agile environment, you'll contribute to application modernisation, urgent system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders.
About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative applications team, you will:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications and supporting systems
- Redevelop and maintain Microsoft Word templates, including VBA and mail merge functionality
- Build and support web-based applications, integrations, and reporting solutions
- Participate in Agile delivery using JIRA, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
- Assist with application testing, deployment, documentation, and release activities
- Work with stakeholders to analyse requirements and deliver practical technology solutions
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Commercial experience developing applications using C#, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs, and modern web application development
- Experience with CI/CD practices, DevOps methodologies, and automated testing
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and service management tools
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience working within government or complex enterprise environments
- Must be an Australian Citizen & willing to obtain Baseline Clearance
- Existing clearance is highly regarded
