About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Learning Content Lead to design, develop and modernise high‑quality learning materials across programs, assessments and eLearning. Working within the Industry Skills team, you will ensure all content is accurate, engaging and aligned with adult learning principles and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and updating course content, assessments and learning resources.
  • Translating complex subject‑matter expertise into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Coordinating SMEs, trainers and reviewers to ensure accurate and validated content.
  • Managing project timelines, documentation, deliverables and quality assurance.
  • Ensuring all resources meet compliance, accessibility and organisational standards.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance learning products and delivery models.


About You

You will bring:

  • Strong instructional design capability and experience producing learning resources.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary learning design methods.
  • Experience working with SMEs to structure and validate complex content.
  • Familiarity with accreditation, compliance and quality assurance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • VET sector experience (desirable).


Other Requirements

  • May be required to exercise delegated powers under relevant legislation.
  • Must comply with applicable legislative responsibilities.
  • Travel may be required; a C class licence is mandatory.
  • The role is subject to pre‑employment checks, including police, financial and medical assessments. Overseas applicants may need to provide international police clearances. All information is handled confidentially.


Benefits

  • $88.29 per hour + Super
