The Opportunity

As a Principal HR Business Partner, you will be embedded within a dynamic business area, acting as the trusted advisor to senior leaders across:

  • Performance management & complex case management
  • Medical and underperformance matters
  • Workforce planning & establishment management
  • High-volume and strategic recruitment
  • Leadership coaching & capability uplift
  • Strategic workforce risk identification

This is a visible, high-trust role where your judgment, credibility and commercial thinking will shape workforce outcomes.

About You

You are an experienced HR Business Partner who:

  • Has strong generalist HR expertise within a regulated or public sector environment
  • Is comfortable navigating sensitive, time-critical matters
  • Brings sound knowledge of employment legislation and policy
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving settings
  • Builds credibility quickly and influences with clarity
  • You combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery.
