The Opportunity
As a Principal HR Business Partner, you will be embedded within a dynamic business area, acting as the trusted advisor to senior leaders across:
- Performance management & complex case management
- Medical and underperformance matters
- Workforce planning & establishment management
- High-volume and strategic recruitment
- Leadership coaching & capability uplift
- Strategic workforce risk identification
This is a visible, high-trust role where your judgment, credibility and commercial thinking will shape workforce outcomes.

- Builds credibility quickly and influences with clarity
- You combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery.
