We are always on the hunt for experienced Project Managers, especially those with Building/Construction and Procurement experience .
About the Role/s
- Coordinating and managing all aspects of building project implementation activities including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration and post construction activities and assisting in taking responsibility for the quality and suitability of the building product delivered to the client.
- Providing a high level of contract coordination in respect to traditional and non-traditional contract systems.
- Ensuring all projects are managed to achieve the client’s scope, time, cost, cash-flow, and quality requirements.
- Leading negotiations with consultants, local authorities, internal and departmental stakeholders, the client and contractors to ensure value for money solutions are identified and delivered. Utilising experience and professional knowledge to add value to discussions and ensure appropriate stakeholder management is undertaken.
About you
- Experience as a Project Manager within the Building construction industry.
- Experience in leadership in the delivery of project management consulting services.
- Has experience in project management, procurement, tender documents.
- Experience in project costing and project lifecycle management
- Whilst not mandatory, a relevant tertiary qualification (for example, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning or Quantity Surveyor) would be highly regarded.
- The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal history check.

- $78.02 Per hour + Super (PAYG Agency Contractor)

- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
