About the Role
As an AO6 Project Manager based in Maryborough, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of building projects—from predesign through to post-construction. This includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing contracts, liaising with clients, and ensuring project objectives are met in scope, time, cost, and quality. You will play a key role in stakeholder engagement and be expected to provide professional, informed input throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
You will bring strong leadership and project management experience within a building or construction environment. Your skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and coordination will be essential, as will your ability to manage traditional and non-traditional contracts. A valid driver’s licence is required, and while not essential, a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Project Management, Architecture, Engineering) and prior government experience will be highly regarded.
