About the Role
As the AO5 Lease Manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of commercial office and non-office accommodation leases across leased and major leased assets. You will provide sound leasing advice, negotiate lease outcomes, analyse property data and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support effective property management.
- Interpreting, negotiating and managing commercial lease agreements across a diverse property portfolio.
- Providing practical, solutions-focused advice on leasing and accommodation matters.
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders, landlords and service providers.
- Researching and analysing lease and market data to support informed decision-making.
- Utilising lease management systems and property information to calculate and categorise commercial space.
- Supporting positive customer outcomes through effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience managing commercial office and non-office lease portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of lease interpretation, negotiation and ongoing lease management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- A collaborative and transparent approach, with the ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice.
- Experience using lease management and property information systems, with strong analytical and data research skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with well-developed negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
