About the Role
As a Senior Infrastructure Services Officer (Service Maintenance), you will facilitate the transition of Plant and Equipment (P&E) assets into and out of capital delivery programs. You’ll support onboarding, maintain program data, prepare reports, manage SharePoint updates, and assist with coordination materials for key meetings. This position collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and contributes to ongoing process improvements aligned with asset lifecycle goals.
This is a casual AO5-level role based in Brisbane City, commencing 26 January 2026 until 26 November 2027.
About You
You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with:
- Strong Excel skills, including Power Query, formulas, and data validation
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience in documentation development and process improvement
- Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
You must hold a valid/current Queensland Blue Card and be willing to undergo a criminal history check.
